What You'll Do
- Counsel prospective learners for UG, PG, Online, Executive & Certificate Programs.
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Guide candidates through admissions, eligibility, fees, and documentation.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling.
- Maintain follow-ups and update the CRM.
Who Can Apply?
- Graduates (Bachelor's Degree mandatory)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Education, Sales, BPO, Banking, Insurance, Customer Service, Healthcare, Telecom, or any client-facing role is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
