About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own and drive end-to-end e-commerce operations across procurement, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end e-commerce supply chain operations from sourcing to final delivery. Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock availability. Oversee 3 PLs, fulfillment centers, warehouses, and logistics partners. Manage end-to-end international and cross-border logistics, including shipping, customs, and compliance. Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, delivery, and returns. Manage backend operations across Amazon, Shopify, Tik Tok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms. Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, delivery timelines, and logistics costs. Identify process gaps and drive end-to-end process improvements and automation. Work closely with vendors, manufacturers, finance, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution. Lead and manage the operations team and handle operational escalations.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics. Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations. Strong experience in inventory, fulfilment, logistics, and 3 PL management. Experience in international/cross-border e-commerce operations. Hands-on experience with Amazon, Shopify, Tik Tok Shop, or similar platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder management skills. High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
