Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Trainee Sales & Service Coordinator. The Sales & Service Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day service coordination, managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Interaction with customers using HubSpot CRM Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's degree or any experience related to sales work Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus, not mandatory
