Revit Technician – MEP

p We are looking for an experienced and motivated Revit Technician to join our growing MEP team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual with a passion for Building Information Modelling (BIM), detailed design and delivering high-quality MEP projects. /p br All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application. br p Working closely with engineers, designers and project teams, you will be responsible for producing accurate and coordinated Revit models and drawings across a range of building services projects. /p Key Responsibilities ul li Produce and develop detailed MEP models and drawings using Autodesk Revit. /li li Work closely with MEP engineers and designers to develop coordinated design solutions. /li li Create and maintain accurate 3D models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards. /li li Produce detailed drawings, layouts, sections and schedules from Revit models. /li li Carry out model coordination and identify potential clashes or design issues. /li li Work collaboratively with other disciplines, including architectural and structural teams. /li li Ensure drawings and models meet company, project and industry standards. /li li Maintain model quality, accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle. /li li Assist with BIM coordination and document control where required. /li li Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of technical output. /li /ul About You p The successful candidate will ideally have: /p ul li Proven experience working as a Revit Technician within the MEP / Building Services sector. /li li Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP. /li li Experience producing detailed MEP drawings and 3D models. /li li Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services. /li li Experience working within a BIM environment. /li li Knowledge of model coordination and clash detection. /li li Ability to interpret engineering designs, specifications and technical information. /li li Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work. /li li Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. /li li Ability to manage your own workload and meet project deadlines. /li /ul Desirable ul li Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination. /li li Knowledge of AutoCAD. /li li Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial or similar MEP projects. /li li Understanding of relevant UK building services standards and BIM processes. /li li Relevant technical qualification or industry experience. /li /ul What We Offer ul li Competitive salary and benefits package. /li li Opportunity to work on a variety of exciting MEP projects. /li li Supportive and collaborative working environment. /li li Opportunities for professional development and career progression. /li li [Hybrid/flexible working options]. xjlbheb /li li [Additional benefits – pension, healthcare, bonus, training, etc.]. /li /ul Apply Now p If you are an experienced Revit Technician looking for your next opportunity within the MEP sector, we would love to hear from you. /p p Apply today with your CV, or contact us for further information about the role and project opportunities available. /p br
