THE PRACTICE

This is an established East Texas family practice that has built long-standing relationships with patients and families throughout the Canton community.

The practice is looking for more than someone to simply fill a schedule. They want a dentist who can become an important part of the team, develop relationships with patients, and contribute to the practice for the long term.

Clinical skills can continue to develop. The right attitude, communication style, and commitment to patients are what will make someone truly successful here.

You’ll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care including:

• Preventive and comprehensive dentistry
• Restorative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges
• Root canal therapy
• Extractions
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Dentures and partials
• Other routine general dental procedures

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation: 28–35% of production
Income Potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually
Guarantee: 3–6 month daily guarantee

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a dentist who communicates well, enjoys developing genuine relationships with patients, works collaboratively with their team, and wants to become part of the practice and the Canton community.

Candidates should have:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-first approach to dentistry
• Collaborative, team-oriented mentality
• Desire to continue learning and developing clinically
