About the RoleWe are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our Gastonia location within a wellness facility.This role is ideal for an RD who is passionate about nutrition and values building meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients.You will:Provide one-on-one and group nutrition counselingWork primarily with a pediatric populationParticipate in community outreach, corporate wellness events, and physician education opportunitiesEnjoy a flexible, appointment-based scheduleThis is a part-time hybrid role (average ~15 hours/week) with strong potential for growth as you build your caseload.

What We’re Looking ForRequired: Registered Dietitian (CDR credentialed)Licensed (or eligible) in North CarolinaBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred or in progress)Preferred: Experience or strong interest in pediatricsPrivate practice experienceKey Strengths: Strong communication and counseling skillsEmpathy-driven, patient-centered approachSelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyOrganized with strong time management skillsPassion for helping clients achieve sustainable change
Schedule & Work EnvironmentMonday–Friday, 4 hours per day or 3, 5-hour daysHybrid (in-person + remote flexibility)Appointment-based scheduling
