Role Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Specialists with mandatory experience in international retention processes, particularly for US markets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Research issues and resolve them effectively Clearly explain product/service features and benefits without reliance on scripts Build strong customer relationships Achieve qualitative and quantitative performance targets

Requirements

Prior experience in customer support, sales, or retention (international BPO) Experience with US market processes (mandatory) Strong communication and listening skills with neutral accent Good time management and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of US credit systems (credit bureau, reports, scores) is an added advantage Immediate joiners only
