Program Manager

Hi All, Tech Mahindra hiring Program Manager for VLSI Domain (Semicon). Exp: 6-8 years, with a minimum of 2 years PM experience Location: Bangalore Notice Period – prefer immediate or 30 days Required Skills 6–10 years of semiconductor industry experience with a strong understanding of the VLSI/SoC chip design lifecycle . Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of Program Management experience managing full-chip silicon programs through successful tape-out delivery. Experience managing multiple concurrent silicon programs involving cross-functional engineering teams. Strong understanding of RTL Design, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Signoff, Package, and Silicon Validation flows. Hands-on experience in program planning, schedule management, milestone tracking, resource planning, and risk management. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams. Experience in driving executive reviews, customer communications, project governance, and escalation management. Proficiency with project and program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in dynamic project environments. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and collaboration skills.
