As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead Interior Designer to lead premium residential interior projects from concept to completion.

Lead Interior Designer

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work From Home with Virtual client meetings and site visits and laminate selection as required)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects from concept through execution.

• Consult with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and functional requirements.

• Create space plans, design concepts, mood boards, technical drawings, and 3 D visualizations.

• Drive design excellence while balancing aesthetics, functionality, timelines, and budgets.

• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, execution teams, and vendor partners.

• Present design solutions confidently and build long-term client relationships.

• Mentor and guide junior designers while contributing to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• 4 to 5+ years of experience in residential interior design.

• Strong expertise in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.

• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and client management skills.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and successful project delivery.
