This hospital-based facility maintains the clinical resources and established protocols necessary to support inpatient and outpatient interventional cardiology services, including STEMI call coverage, on an on-site basis. The facility is structured to accommodate 24-hour call coverage and supports 3 separate emergency department departments. Full-time APP support is available to assist with clinical operations throughout each assigned coverage period.

The area surrounding this assignment offers clinicians access to a range of entertainment, outdoor, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Nearby destinations include major theme parks and resort experiences, as well as several golf courses, water sports, nature tours, and visits to nearby reserves, parks, and communities with shopping and dining experiences.

Clinicians will provide inpatient and outpatient interventional cardiology coverage on a 24-hour STEMI call basis, with shifts structured from Monday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM, and on-site clinical hours Monday through Monday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities include STEMI call coverage, inpatient rounding, and consults totaling 15-20 per day, of which approximately 10 per day are conducted by phone. The facility supports 3 separate emergency department departments, and clinicians must maintain continuous availability to respond to STEMI activations and perform interventional procedures as credentialed. Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required for consideration.
