Role Description The Territory Manager – Agrochemicals | Barabanki is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing sales and market development within the assigned geography. This role includes regular field visits to meet farmers, retailers, and distributors, promote products, and provide technical guidance on agrochemical usage. The Territory Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, monitor territory performance, manage customer relationships, and ensure timely resolution of service issues. Daily activities also involve gathering market intelligence, coordinating promotional activities and demonstrations, and preparing reports on sales, forecasts, and competitor activity. The role works closely with internal teams to implement business plans and support sustainable growth in the Barabanki region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Candidate must have 5 - 6 years of Experience.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess territory performance, and support informed business decisions.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales Operations to develop territory plans, and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with farmers, distributors, and internal stakeholders in a clear and supportive manner.
• Experience in agrochemicals, agriculture inputs, or related fields, with knowledge of crop protection products and farming practices.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory and work in rural and field environments.
• Proficiency in local language(s) of Barabanki and working knowledge of English, along with basic computer skills.
