Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Acute Rehab unit. In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound and pain management, coordination with an interdisciplinary rehab team, and patient/family education.
