Manager – international holidays

Flying Squirrel Holidays, a luxury bespoke travel company, is hiring a Manager – International Holidays to lead and grow our long-haul travel segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue for long-haul international holidays Design complex, high-value itineraries across Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Australia & New Zealand Demonstrate deep destination knowledge beyond mainstream cities Handle premium / HNI clients with a consultative sales approach Build supplier partnerships and negotiate competitive luxury contracts Lead and mentor travel consultants within the international segment Ensure achievement of sales targets and margin goals

Requirements:

8–12 years of experience in international luxury travel Strong expertise in long-haul destinations (Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Australia, New Zealand) Proven track record in luxury travel sales & target achievement Experience managing high-end/premium clientele Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability Excellent communication and negotiation skills
