ACN Motors is looking for a Service Advisor Trainee / Junior Service Advisor to join our automotive service team in Madurai.

The selected candidate will work closely with customers and the workshop team to understand vehicle concerns, coordinate service requirements, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Receive vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify service and repair requirements.
• Prepare and explain service estimates to customers.
• Provide customers with regular updates regarding vehicle repair and service progress.
• Coordinate vehicle inspection, service, repair and delivery processes.
• Explain completed work and service recommendations to customers.
• Maintain proper service records and documentation.
• Follow up with customers regarding service updates and future requirements.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in automobile service, customer service or a related field are preferred.
• Basic knowledge or interest in automobiles is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
