Senior Executive/Manager – Business Development

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Business Development / Institutional Sales / Higher Education Outreach. EXPERIENCE IN HIGHER EDUCATION IS MANDATORY AND SHOULD BE CURRENTLY BASED IN BENGALURU. About the Role MYRA School of Business is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Executive/Manager – Business Development to expand the institution's outreach and strengthen relationships with colleges, corporate organizations, educational consultants, and other strategic partners. The role requires frequent travel and excellent networking capabilities. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for student recruitment. Build relationships with undergraduate colleges, universities, coaching centres, educational consultants, and corporate organizations. Organize campus presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission awareness programmes. Plan and execute outreach activities across assigned territories. Generate quality student leads and ensure effective conversion. Develop partnerships that enhance institutional visibility. Track outreach activities and prepare periodic MIS reports. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrolment goals. Represent MYRA School of Business at external events and networking forums. Desired Skills Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Willingness to travel extensively. Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline.
