About The Role

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns , including cold outreach and nurture sequences. Manage Linked In campaigns (outreach, messaging, and audience targeting) to generate high-quality leads. Support lead generation efforts by building, segmenting, and enriching prospect databases. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the growth team to test messaging, positioning, and new campaign ideas.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with email campaign tools (e.g., , Apollo, Instantly etc.) Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator / outreach automation tools. Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights. Attention to detail, with strong written communication and copywriting skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Bonus: Experience with basic social media management or content scheduling tools.
