Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Zonal Manager – Admissions
to lead admission operations across the assigned zone, drive enrolment targets, manage teams, and strengthen the student acquisition and conversion pipeline. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage
admissions and counselling teams
across the assigned zone. Drive
UG/PG admission targets, lead conversion and enrolment growth . Develop and execute zonal admission strategies based on market potential and business objectives. Monitor the complete
lead-to-admission funnel , including lead generation, follow-ups, counselling and conversions. Track team performance through
daily/weekly MIS, KPIs and conversion metrics . Manage CRM data, lead allocation, follow-up discipline and pipeline quality. Identify new markets, institutions, referral channels and other student acquisition opportunities. Coordinate with
Marketing, Digital Marketing, Counselling and other stakeholders
to maximize admissions. Analyse competitor activities, market trends and admission performance to support business decisions. Ensure a consistent and positive
student/parent experience
throughout the admission journey. Coach, mentor and develop the admissions team to improve productivity and conversions. Ensure effective execution of admission campaigns, events, outreach activities and conversion initiatives.
