Production Quality Technician – Food Manufacturing

Cargill is seeking a Production Quality Technician to support high-quality, safe food production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform routine and non-routine inspections, in-process and finished product testing, and equipment checks to ensure compliance with Cargill, customer, and regulatory standards. You will document results, monitor trends, and support root cause investigations to prevent defects and downtime. Collaborating closely with operations, you’ll champion safety, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making while contributing to Cargill’s mission of sustainable, reliable food supply.
