PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT The Regional Manager of Operations will oversee, lead, manage, and direct key performance indicators with assigned Operations Managers within their region. The Regional Manager of Operations is responsible for all divisions within their region, including oversight involving employee staffing, issues, or related incidents. The Regional Manager of Operations will report to their assigned Regional Director of Operations.
