About the Role

Are you passionate about transforming students into industry-ready professionals? Do you have extensive experience in Soft Skills, Aptitude Training, Leadership, and Team Management?

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Soft Skills & Aptitude training programs across the university. Design and develop training content, assessments, and learning resources. Drive student employability through strategic learning initiatives. Mentor and develop trainers while ensuring quality delivery of training programs. Analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement strategies. Collaborate with academic departments and stakeholders to achieve training excellence.

Qualifications

MBA (Preferred) Minimum 15 years of experience in Soft Skills/Aptitude Training with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Required Skills

Strong expertise in team management, operations, communication, content development, and data analysis. Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, and Power Point.
