Job Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and optimize tooling, molding, finishing, and manufacturing processesDevelop, refine, and implement production processes that improve product quality, efficiency, and consistency.Analyze manufacturing challenges and recommend tooling modifications and process improvements to reduce scrap, increase productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives. xzbcwsv Partner with production teamsProvide input on tooling designSupport the quoting processCreate and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOsUpdate and maintain inventory records, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other engineering data within ERP systems.
