Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Vijayawada. The Interior Designer will plan and design functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces for residential and commercial projects, aligning with MtoMmart’s standards for quality and affordability. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layouts and drawings, selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings, and coordinating with architecture and construction teams. The role involves visiting project sites, taking measurements, collaborating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring designs are executed according to specifications, budget, and timelines. The Interior Designer will also prepare client presentations, incorporate feedback, and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, visually appealing environments.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience working with multidisciplinary building and design teams.
• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings for on-site execution and coordination.
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
