Job Summary
Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Team Lead – Inside Sales to lead and manage high-performing telesales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C Inside Sales , team management, and achieving business targets while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate Inside Sales teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team productivity, conversions, and overall sales performance.
- Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to improve team effectiveness.
- Manage key operational metrics including Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, and Team Performance .
- Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Maintain MIS reports and track team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Training, Quality, and Operations teams to drive business objectives.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of overall sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales / Telesales .
- Minimum 2+ years of Team Handling experience.
- B2C Sales experience is Mandatory.
- Strong exposure to Inside Sales / Telesales Operations .
- Hands-on experience in managing Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, and Team Performance .
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve business targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Regional Language is Mandatory : Kannada
- Graduation is Mandatory.
