Job Description Verify daily hotel revenue from all departments, including rooms, restaurants, bars, spa, laundry, and other outlets. Audit daily transactions recorded in the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) system. Reconcile cash, credit card, online payment, and bank transactions with sales records. Review the Night Audit reports and ensure all postings are accurate and complete. Verify room rates, discounts, complimentary stays, and promotional offers are properly authorized. Ensure all guest folios are correctly charged before check-out. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in revenue, billing, or payment records. Prepare and distribute the Daily Revenue Report to management. Reconcile city ledger, accounts receivable, and advance deposits. Monitor void
