Role Description The Team Lead role at Tezzract Fintech Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai(Andheri East) The team lead will oversee the team, plan and allocate work, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Disursal of Loans to MSMEs. Responsibilities include coordinating daily stand-ups, tracking progress against milestones, and resolving blockers. The team lead is expected to support continuous process improvement and foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-orientated team culture. The CTC is in the range of Rs 5-6 Lacs plus good incentives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams, including task allocation, performance feedback, and coaching.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to analyse problems, make decisions, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with on-site work in Mumbai and willingness to work closely with a team of telemarketing executives (TME's) and deliver MSME Unsecured loan through them.
