Best Clinic Abroad's consultants need to be good with people who are often frightened or uncertain, and spotting that quality in an interview is a skill. The HR & Admin Officer recruits consultants, coordinators and marketing staff with fluent English and real empathy for a healthcare audience.

On the administrative side you maintain attendance for the 1 PM to 10 PM shift, staff records and onboarding for each new member of the E-11 team. The role needs someone who treats confidentiality as second nature, since the company's own work revolves around sensitive personal information.

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit consultants, coordinators and marketing staff, screening for fluent English and empathy
• Arrange interviews and gather feedback from managers
• Maintain attendance for the 1 PM to 10 PM shift and staff records
• Run onboarding, including the company's privacy and patient-communication rules
• Keep personnel files accurate and confidential

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, HR administration or office coordination
• Good English and a calm, courteous manner
• Organisation and attention to detail
• Discretion with sensitive information
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Experience hiring for healthcare or service teams
• Familiarity with HR software
• Experience writing structured interview questions
