AdventHealth West Florida Division Women's Services - Executive Medical Director

Overview AdventHealth West Florida Division Women's Services Institute is seeking a Medical Director. The director's medical specialty can be OB/Gyn, Maternal Fetal Medicine or Urogynecology. This leadership role will be 60% administrative and 40% clinical time. PRIMARY FUNCTION : Physician shall provide clinical direction, oversight, and physician leadership to all Ob/Gyn practices in West Florida. In collaboration with AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) leadership, addresses clinical, behavior or operational concerns with providers raised by other providers, patients or staff Works with AHMG leadership regarding short and long term planning of physician and APP staffing Establish and implement standard clinical protocols, policies and procedures, in accordance with ACOG guidelines
