Additional responsibilities include organizing workshops, collaborating with industry professionals for guest lectures, and staying updated with the latest trends in interior design to enhance the teaching module. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Employment Type - Full-Time on site. </b> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Experience Requirements - </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Industry + Academic Experience - </li> </ul><p><b>Minimum 2 years of professional field/work experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Space Planning, Retail Design, Exhibition Design, Furniture Design, or related areas. </b> </p><p><b>Minimum 1 year of teaching (academic) experience in a recognized educational institution. </b> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Technical Skills - </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Candidates should have proficiency in: </li><li>AutoCAD </li><li>SketchUp </li><li>3ds Max </li><li>V-Ray/Enscape </li><li>Adobe Photoshop </li><li>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Responsibilities - </b> </p><ul><li>Deliver theory and practical classes in Interior Design. </li><li>Guide students in design projects, studio work, and portfolio development. </li><li>Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and examinations. </li><li>Conduct workshops, site visits, showroom visits, and industry interactions. </li><li>Participate in student mentoring, academic events, and institutional activities. </li><li>Maintain academic records and ensure timely submission of reports. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Desired Skills - </b> </p><ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills. </li><li>Strong knowledge of interior materials, construction, furniture, lighting, and building services. </li><li>Ability to mentor students and manage classroom activities. </li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Industry exposure and software proficiency will be an added advantage. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
