Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-driven *In-House Sales Executive* to manage both *B2B and B2C sales*. The role will involve calling potential clients, understanding customer requirements, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Handle *B2B and B2C sales* inquiries and leads.

•⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.

•⁠ ⁠Generate new leads through calling, referrals, databases, and other available channels.

•⁠ ⁠Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close sales.

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas for sales growth.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with *calling and client follow-ups*.

•⁠ ⁠Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle both individual customers and business clients.

•⁠ ⁠Target-oriented and self-motivated.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, or lead management tools is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in B2B/B2C sales will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

•⁠ ⁠Based in or willing to work from *Indore*.

•⁠ ⁠Confident in Hindi and English communication.

•⁠ ⁠Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
