Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Water & Wastewater Treatment

We are looking for experienced Area Sales Managers to join a growing organization in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry.

Locations:

Mumbai – 1 Position

Pune – 1 Position

Gujarat – 1 Position

Raigad–Ratnagiri (Maharashtra) – 1 Position

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development for WTP, ETP, and STP projects.

Identify and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand technical requirements.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Build strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects.

Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.

Requirements:

B. E./B. Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.

3–5 years of B2 B sales experience in the Water Treatment industry.

Strong knowledge of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).

Knowledge of water treatment chemicals for cooling towers and boilers will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
