Salesforce CRM Analytics

Salesforce CRM Analytics:

Experience: 4-6 years

• Must have good understanding of Salesforce CRM Analytics and its capabilities

• Must have Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience

• Must have experience and exposure of other analytical tools like Power BI.

• Should have experience on building analytics for Dealer management and Order management processes

• Should have experience in creating Data Recipes, building datasets, Lens, Dashboards

• Must have experience in directly working Business for analytics related requirements

• Must have good experience in building analytics reports and dashboards on Salesforce

• Must have experience in corelating the transactional data and business insights

• Should have good understanding and experience on working on complex systems and analytics

• Should be able to leads or conducts requirements management activities for Analytics

• Should be able learn new things quickly and stretch working hours in case required to meet timeline

• Should have good communication skill
