Regional Sales Representative

JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Representative – Metalworking preferred fields include Business, Communications, Engineering, or related technical disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the metalworking, forging, die casting, or lubricant industries. Located in Indianapolis,Indiana, ideally within reasonable access to the Indianopolis area. Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing environments, preferably metalworking and/or forging applications. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory, meet/exceed revenue targets, and build strategic customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. High degree of self-motivation – process-oriented and self-managed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region (up to 60%). COMPENSATION
