Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate training schedules and customer orders.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience in sales, coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Diploma or degree preferred; relevant practical experience also considered.
