Bakhtyr Global Logistics (BGL) is a leading international freight forwarder and customs clearing agent offering third-party logistics services. The company is seeking motivated individuals in Karachi to join its Management Trainee program in Operations and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily international freight forwarding and customs clearance tasks to ensure timely service.
• Support business development by scouting market opportunities, maintaining client relations, and aiding sales strategies.
• Lead a small team of three, providing guidance, monitoring performance and encouraging collaboration.
• Participate in BGL's Leadership Development Program, applying training to real operational challenges.
• Coordinate activities across logistics, customs and sales departments to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance data, identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational efficiency and growth initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, trends and compliance requirements.
• Assist in problem-solving for client concerns, logistical issues and regulatory matters.
• Contribute to the rollout of new processes and technologies to boost productivity.
