Real estate - customer care executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Diploma holders, Graduates, MBAs to join our real estate sales team as Customer Care Executives. This role is ideal for Females who wish to build a career in

sales and customer relationship management. The candidate will primarily handle customer

interactions through telecalling, lead generation, and client coordination while gaining

exposure to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

∙Lead Generation Through Various Modes: Make outbound calls to prospective

customers, explain project details, and generate qualified leads.

∙Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and

maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads.

∙Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings and site visits for

senior sales managers.

∙Database Management: Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and track

lead status.

∙Marketing Support: Assist in promotional activities, campaigns, and events to

generate inquiries.

∙Administrative Support: Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support the

sales team in daily operations.

∙Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to achieve sales

targets and ensure excellent customer experience.

∙Professional Development: Learn about the real estate market, sales processes, and

customer handling techniques.

Qualifications

∙ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

∙ 0–1 year of experience in tele-calling, customer service, sales, or internships

(preferred).
