Are you the Financial Analyst people turn to when the Excel work gets complicated?
We are partnering with a Mid-Sized Consumer Products company in the Baltimore Metro Area to identify a talented Financial Analyst who combines strong financial acumen with exceptional technical skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a rising finance professional who enjoys building, improving, and automating financial reporting, rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
What you’ll be working on:Financial reporting and modelingAdvanced Excel and complex data manipulationPower BI implementationPower Query and reporting automationAd hoc financial analysis and special projects
The ideal candidate is an expert-level Excel user who enjoys digging into data, building sophisticated models, and finding smarter ways to deliver financial information.
Experience with Power BI and Power Query will be especially valuable as the organization continues to enhance and automate its reporting capabilities.
Industry experience is flexible. The company is focused on finding someone with strong technical capabilities, analytical curiosity, and the ability to build high-quality financial reporting.
One of the most attractive aspects of this opportunity is why the position is open: internal promotion. The current analyst is moving into a new role and will be available to help train the incoming hire during the transition.
For an ambitious Financial Analyst who has become the Excel expert on their team and is ready for greater exposure, more sophisticated analytical work, and the opportunity to modernize reporting, this could be a very compelling next step. xzbcwsv
