Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Specialist

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Timings: Monday to Friday (7 PM to 3.30 AM) Night shift

Experience: 0–3 Years

Responsibilities: Market and place IT consultants on bench with US staffing vendors/clients Build and maintain relationships with vendors and recruiters. Submit resumes, follow up on interviews, and negotiate rates. Maintain consultant and vendor databases. Use Linked In, Dice, job boards, and email marketing to generate opportunities.

Requirements: 0–3 years of US IT Bench Sales experience preferred. Knowledge of US IT staffing, work authorizations, and C2 C hiring. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Existing US vendor contacts/network is a plus. Willingness to work in US shifts. Graduation is a must.
