Our challenge:We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with Angular expertise to build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing backend services using Python and modern frontend applications using Angular, with a solid understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and database technologies.The candidate will collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions in an Agile environment.
Additional Information*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).
The RoleResponsibilities:Backend DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop backend services using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.Implement business logic, data processing, and integration solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Frontend DevelopmentDesign and develop responsive user interfaces using Angular.Build reusable UI components and implement state management solutions.Integrate Angular applications with backend APIs and third-party services.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.Database & Data ManagementDesign and optimize database schemas.Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as:PostgreSQLMySQLSQL ServerMongoDBAPI & IntegrationDevelop REST APIs and integrate with external systems.Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth2 and JWT.Work with messaging and event-driven architectures where applicable.DevOps & CloudParticipate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation.Work with Docker and containerized applications.Support cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.Quality & Best PracticesWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Create unit, integration, and automated test cases.Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
