Sukoon Health is looking for a Manager – Front Office to lead our front office operations and ensure an exceptional experience for every patient and visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage OPD & IPD front office operations
Lead and mentor the front office team
Oversee patient registration, admissions, appointments, and billing coordination
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations
Drive service excellence through efficient processes and patient-centric care
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience in front office or customer service roles (healthcare experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
