Company Description STUDIO ISA is an architecture, design, engineering, and development consulting firm based in Sector 132, Noida, in the NCR region of Delhi. The studio is recognized for creating intensely detailed and thoughtful architecture. Its work explores contemporary spatial design while reflecting an Indian spirit in the built environment. STUDIO ISA is led by Architect Hemu Bharadwaj, an alumnus of the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi, and offers a collaborative environment for professionals interested in meaningful and refined design.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Drafter role based in Noida. The Architectural Drafter will prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent, building codes, and project standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating conceptual designs into technical drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers, updating plans based on design revisions, and organizing drawing sets for approvals and execution. The role involves working closely with project teams, maintaining drawing documentation, and supporting design development through clear, precise drafting and layout work.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles, including spatial organization, building systems, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Proficiency in technical Drawing, including the use of CAD or BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with digital drafting workflows.
• Attention to detail, ability to interpret design briefs and sketches, and translate them into buildable technical plans.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects in a studio environment.
