Accounts & Taxation Manager

Key Responsibilities 1. Finalization of Books of Accounts Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts. Prepare and review financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules. Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts, inventory, fixed assets, advances, and other ledger balances. Review provisions, accruals, depreciation, prepaid expenses, and other year-end accounting entries. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company accounting p
