Position Overview
TTH is seeking an experienced General Liability Attorney to represent insurance and corporate clients in general liability matters in our Baltimore Maryland office. The ideal candidate is a skilled litigator who can manage a caseload independently, deliver strong results for clients, and contribute to the firm's collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of general liability defense matters from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal as needed.Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration, administrative, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.Develop and execute case strategy in coordination with clients, adjusters, and defense teams.
QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in good standing in the relevant state(s); additional bar admissions in the multiple states is a plus.Prior experience in civil litigation defense; general liability experience strongly preferred.
