We provide advanced treatment solutions for limb lengthening, leg length discrepancy, deformity correction, non-union fractures, and other complex orthopedic and reconstructive conditions. Our dedicated orthopedic team focuses on providing personalized consultations, comprehensive treatment plans, and structured post-surgical rehabilitation to ensure a safe and supportive patient journey. Position Patient Care Executive / Caller Location Noida Sector 4 Employment Type Full-Time | On-Site Experience Fresher – 0 to 1 Year Educational Qualification Minimum Graduation in any discipline Salary Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month Salary may be revised based on performance, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role. Job Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective and existing patients. Respond to inquiries regarding limb lengthening procedures, treatments, consultations, and rehabilitation services. Explain basic information about our services in a clear, simple, and professional manner . Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources. Understand patient requirements and collect accurate information during calls. Schedule and confirm patient appointments in coordination with the clinical and administrative teams. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, patient inquiries, and follow-ups. Regularly update lead and patient information in the company's CRM/database. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely responses to patient inquiries. Escalate medical, technical, or complex patient queries to the appropriate doctor or healthcare professional. Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic approach while communicating with patients and their families. Assist walk-in visitors and coordinate with the concerned team when required. Follow up with potential patients to improve consultation bookings and lead conversions. Candidate Requirements Minimum Graduation in any discipline. Freshers are welcome to apply. Excellent English communication skills are required. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi . Confident and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone. Good listening and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM/database systems. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up consistently. Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and willingness to learn. Candidates should be comfortable working full-time from the Gurugram office . Preferred Skills Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, healthcare, or patient coordination will be an advantage, but freshers are encouraged to apply . Good follow-up and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain information clearly without using complicated medical terminology. Empathetic and patient-friendly communication style.
