Please note this is a Part-time Role | 4–5 hrs

We’re looking for a seasoned Brand Consultant to work closely with the leadership team and provide strategic direction as we scale the Newton School brand.

Key Focus Areas

* Evaluate the current brand positioning, perception, and health

* Shape long-term brand strategy and positioning

* Bring an outside-in perspective on consumer trends and competition

* Review key brand campaigns and communication for consistency and impact

* Mentor the existing brand team and strengthen strategic thinking

* Guide leadership on brand-led partnerships and opportunities

* Participate in monthly strategy reviews and key brand decisions

Ideal Profile

* 15 – 20+ years of experience across brand strategy, marketing, or consulting

* Proven experience building and scaling strong consumer-facing brands

* Experience in EdTech, Consumer Tech, D2C, or high-growth startups

* Strong understanding of brand positioning, architecture, and consumer behavior

* Experience working directly with founders/CXOs and influencing senior-level decisions

* Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution

* Strong understanding of digital-first brands and modern consumer acquisition

* Well-connected within the startup, consumer, media, and brand ecosystem
