CLIENT SERVICING MANAGER – EVENTS & EXPERIENTIAL

About the Role :

Beatit Entertainment Private Limited is looking for a Client Servicing Manager to manage client

relationships and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate

should have a strong understanding of the Events & Experiential industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage relationships with clients, brands, and agencies.

 Understand client briefs, requirements, budgets, and timelines.

 Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and business development teams.

 Handle proposals, presentations, estimates, approvals, and project documentation.

 Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout the project.

 Manage client feedback, revisions, and expectations.

 Ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client requirements.

 Build strong relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

 Attend client meetings, event briefings, and site visits when required.

Required Skills:

 Experience in Client Servicing/Account Management, preferably within the Events & Experiential

industry.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

 Strong coordination and project management abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

 Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.

 Good understanding of event execution and production processes.

Qualification:

.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
