Job Description Key Responsibilities: Partner with Project Managers to help deliver commercial construction projects safely, on schedule, and within budget Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other critical project documentation Support project planning efforts, including scheduling, procurement coordination, and budget monitoring Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project momentum and resolve issues proactively Participate in project meetings and ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record management Contribute to quality control and safety initiatives while helping achieve project performance goals Assist with project closeout activities, including punch list completion, turnover packages, and final project documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
