Adp systems administrator

About the Role

This role will own Salute's ADP platform, covering both administration and project work as the company grows. This is not a pure administrator role; direct ADP development experience is required, along with a strong command of HR and payroll data.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now, and lead ADP-related project work as new requirements arise. Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in Salute Hub. Build and troubleshoot ADP-to-Snowflake data feeds. Manage HR and payroll data accuracy and integrity as headcount grows.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in managing HR data and ADP data specifically, not just general HRIS familiarity. Direct ADP development experience, in addition to administration of existing ADP systems. Administration experience alone is not sufficient. Experience with ADP Workforce Now configuration. Strong attention to data accuracy and compliance.
