Customer Support Executive – International Voice/Chat Process

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and customer-centric professionals to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently across multiple channels.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer issues effectively.
• Adhere to service quality standards, productivity metrics, and company policies.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
