We are hiring Chat Support Executives for a leading MNC Company. The role involves assisting customers over voice calls by resolving their queries over the chat and providing a high-quality customer experience.

• Handle customer chat professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to e-com products and services.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure quality service.
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Accurately update customer interactions in the system.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Typing 30 WPM
• Customer service attitude with good problem-solving skills.
