Workday integration

Job Description:-

Key skills required

· Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:

o Workday Studio

o Core Connectors (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting)

o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production issues Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end‐to‐end solutions

Your Profile

Integration certification along with certification in Studio or PECI or Extend is mandatory Overall 5+ years of IT experience in the integration space, with 3+ years of hands‐on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects Experience delivering end‐to‐end Workday technical architecture solutions Strong expertise in end‐to‐end Workday integration implementation with a clear understanding of the overall integration landscape Experience working with Customer Central and interacting with client stakeholders Ability to conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design Client‐facing experience with a strong understanding of Workday technical architecture Hands‐on experience with middleware and integration technologies Proven experience defining and building interfaces using:

o Core Connectors

o EIB

o PICOF / PECI

o Studio integrations (Inbound & Outbound)

o Payroll Interfaces

o Extend

o Experience with advanced, matrix, and composite reports and calculated fields

o Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly preferred

o Good understanding of Workday tenant management and deployment processes
